The Phoenician Golf Resort & Spa (2013-2016)

As a Director of Construction and Capital Expenditures with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, this project involved management of a (5) Year Capital Master Plan to include guest-room renovations, public space renovations, ADA Upgrades, and 30-20-20 MEP Projects on approx. 245 acres in Scottsdale, Arizona. (80 Million)

Specific Tasks Include:

  • Oversight & Financial Management of an $80 Million Property Capital Budget

  • Development of Property Capital Project Logistics Plan

  • Manage & Oversee 3rd Party Consultants and Contractors executing Capital Projects.

St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences (2007-2012)

As a Director of Construction and Project Controls Manager with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, this project involved construction of a (400) key luxury hotel and (245) Residential condominiums on approximately (9) acres of beach fron property, in Bal Harbour, FL. ($500 Million)

Specific Tasks Included:

  • Assist and report to Vice President of Construction with daily developer management efforts.

  • Management of Contract Commitments with 3rd Party Consultants and Construction Manager

  • Management and Oversight of PSIP Program

  • Management and Oversight of Residential Build-out Program

  • Management and Oversight of Project Close-out, Warranty, and Document Archiving

Ransom Everglades Middle School School Expansion (2004-2006)

As a Project Manager with Suffolk Construction, this project involved construction of a 30,000 sq. ft. Library & Gynasium addition to an existing school campus in Coral Gables, Florida. ($10 Million)

Specific Tasks Included:

  • Responsible Manager for Project Execution

  • Management of Subcontractor Relationships and Commitments

  • Management of Owner and Architect Relationship in the form of facilitating weekly Owner, Architect, and Contractor Coordination Meetings.

  • Coordinate Project Deliverables and Execution with Owner's Consultants (i.e. Designer, Engineer's, etc.)

  • Manage and Administer Financial Obligations with Owner and Company executives through monthly pay requisitions, and commitment reporting (i.e. CM-14, Oracle, etc.)

Howard D. McMillan Middle School (2003-2004)

As a Project Manager with Suffolk Construction, this project involved construction of 36,000 square feet science classroom space to an existing middle school campus in Kendall, Florida.

Specific Tasks Included:

  • Responsible Manager for Projection Execution

  • Management of Subcontractor Relationships and Commitments

  • Management of Owner and Architect Relationship in the form of facilitating weekly Owner, Architect, and Contractor Coordination Meetings.

  • Coordinate Project Deliverables and Execution with Owner's Consultants (i.e. Designer, Engineer's, etc.)

  • Manage and Administer Financial Obligations with Owner and Company executives through monthly pay requisitions, and commitment reporting (i.e. CM-14, Oracle, etc.)

University of Miami Parking Garage Project and Office Addition (2001 -2003)

As an Assistant Project Manager With The Haskell Company, this project consisted of construction of (3) pre-cast parking structures, to house 1280 automobiles. This project also included the addition of (3) floors to an existing office building in Coral Gables, Florida.

Specific Tasks Included-

  • Assist Project Manager with Overall Project Execution

  • Assist General Superintendent With Field Trade Oversight & Coordination

  • Process Project RFI's and Submittal's

  • Permit & Inspection Coordination with local Building Jurisdiction
